6. HR-Training Supervisor (TS)
7. Design Centre Head (DCH)
8. Junior Architect (JA)
9. Buyer (BUY)
10. System Development (SD)



Qualifications:
1. Male/Female, no older than 35 years old

2. Having a minimum of Bachelor Degree from reputable university (1 – 10), especially in Civil Engineering / Architecture (3, 7, 8), Psychology / Industry Engineering (6), Informatics Engineering (10)

3. Having experience in similar position for 3 consecutive years (1 – 4), 2 consecutive years (5 – 7), & 1 year (8 – 10)

4. Having experience in dealing with hardware/building materials/furniture products in modern retail stores (1, 4, 5, 9)

5. Familiar in working with computer: MS Office/Open Office (1 – 10), Autocad – Freehand – Sketch Up – 3Ds Max (3, 7, 8), Visual Basics – SQL Server – PHP (10)

6. Having a good sense of leadership (1, 7), positive attitude, extensive networks (9), good interpersonal skills, hardworking & able to work in dynamic working environment.

7. Willing to be located in Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik (5, 7, 8)
