Aston Primera Pasteur Hotel & Conference Center – Bandung, as part of Aston International Indonesia, one of the fastest growing hotel management companies in South East Asia is now inviting applications for the following positions:
1. Financial Controller
Specifications:
- Holds a minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting / Financial Management
- Having at least 5 (five) years experience in the same position, preferably from Hotel Industry
- Competent technically with hands on experience and full understanding for Accounting, Finance and Procurement management
2. Human Resource Manager
Specifications:
- Holds a minimum Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management
- Having at least 5 (five) years experience in the same position, preferably from Hotel Industry
- Comprehensive knowledge in Indonesia’s Labor Legislation
3. Value Added Manager
He / She will responsible for establishing and ensuring the compliance of all hotel’s resources to coincide with both market demands and guest expectations.
- Holds a minimum diploma / degree in the Hospitality Management
- Essential prerequisite is experience in the establish Hotel or Event Organizer 2 (two) years experience is a must
- Ability to establish a rapport with guest, maintaining good customer relationship and handle and evaluate all guest complain, request and enquiries which related to hotel’s facilities
