In order to strengthening our sourcing activities, adidas group, the world famous Sportswear Company, Indonesia Liaison Office Jakarta I seeking an assertive and energetic person to join our team to take the position for our Footwear Division:


Technical Manager (TMR) – Ref #1308
Commercialization Manager (CMM) – Ref #1295
Assistant Development Manager (ADM) – Ref #1586
 

Requirements:
·    Minimum Bachelor or Associate degree Majoring in Technical Engineering will be an advantage
·    Have at least 5 years experience in  Footwear Industry that includes Product Development Engineering, Technical Service and Production (TMR)
·    Have experience in Footwear Industry focusing in Technical capacity, strong understanding of Footwear Manufacturing Including Pattern Engineering, Mould Making, Grading and Materials processing (Min 5 years for CMM and Min 3 years for ADM)
·    Have strong technical knowledge of Tooling, Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Aided Design, and Computer Aided Manufacturing, Real Time Technology and Rapid Prototype are and advantage (TMR)
·    Good technical knowledge in Lean Manufacturing principles and Process Automation (TMR)
·    Ability to interpret 2D drawings and 3D models (CMM)
·    Basic understanding of Costing principles (CMM)
·    Good IT knowledge on basic Office Application, competent  in the use Product Data Management system (ADM)
·    Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
·    High capabilities for taking personal initiatives and innovative idea
·    Have a very good command of written & spoken English
