1.    Chief Operation Officer for Mining (COO-M) and Shipping (COO-S)
-    Min 5 years as General Manager or COO at reputable company
-    Strong analytical, planning, problem solving, and organizational skills
-    Ability to set goals, measure progress, and meet deadlines, while simultaneously managing multiple projects
-    Great competency of leadership: Planning and Organizing, Relationship management, Information Monitoring, Goal and Profit Oriented, Self-Confidence, Good Personality and Discipline
2.    Marketing Manager for Shipping (MM-S)
-    Min 5 years working experience in Coal Transportation
-    Strong background  in Shipping Operation and Goal Interpersonal Skill
3.    Procurement Manager for Shipping (PM-S) and Palm Plantation (PM-P)
-    Min 5 years experience in logistic or procurement at the same industry
-    Ability to structure, negotiate and execute contract
-    High analytical and Negotiation skills
-    Proven track records for delivering cost reductions while maintaining quality service levels and supplier performance
4.    Human Resource Manager for Plantation (HR-P)
-    BS or BA in Human Resource Management or equivalent
-    Min 5 years of HR generalist experience in professional organization and has ability to recruit mass labor (preferably experience in plantation)
-    Knowledge of Labor Law in Indonesia
-    Excellent communication, Analytical and Organizational skills and willing to travel
5.    Business Analyst for Shipping (BA-S) and for Palm Plantation (BA-P)
-    Min 2 years experience as Business Analyst in the same industry is an advantage
-    Comprehension in business data analysis concept
-    Ability to prepare Management Reports
-    Strong analytical views and good Presentation skill
6.    PDCA Controller (PDCA)
-    Understand PDCA (Plan Do Check Action) cycle and Compliance Management Concept
-    Ability to prepare Management reports
-    Strong analytical views, compliance mindset and good Presentation skill
7.    Internal Auditor (IA)
-    Min 2 years experience as Internal Auditor
-    Having experience in public accountant firm is an advantage
-    Ability to prepare standard audit report
-    Strong analytical views and willingness to travel is a must
8.    Administration Head for Mining (AH-M)
-    Bachelor degree in Accounting
-    Min 3 years experience as accounting staff in a well-established company (preferably experience in public accounting firm)
-    Ability to prepare Financial Reports
-    Hard Working and Strong Analytical view
-    Willing to be stationed in Bintan Island
9.    Accounting and Finance (AF)
-    Bachelor degree in Accounting
-    Having experience in public accounting firm min 3 years (staff) and min 5 years (supervisor)
-    Proficiency in understanding consolidation reports
-    Ability to prepare financial report
10.    Corporate Secretary (CS)
-    Ability to understand basic financial statements analysis
-    Familiarity with BAPEPAM and IDX rules and regulations
-    Finance / Legal background
-    High proficiency in preparing reports for financial institutions

GENERAL REQUIREMENT:
-    Male of Female (except no.6 must be Male)
-    Maximum age of 30 years (except no.1 – 5 maximum age of 40 years)
-    Bachelor degree or higher
-    Fluent in English both oral and written
-    Computer literate (MS Office)
-    Energetic Self Motivated, Team Work, Open Personality and Compliance Minded)
