Learning and Development Manager
Responsibilities:
·    Training needs analysis
·    Develop training programs
·    Develop training manual
·    Determine & analyze training needs of specific segments of company personnel
·    Formulate and develop plans, procedures and programs to meet specific training needs and problems
·    Supervise employee training planning execution
Requirements:
·    Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in Psychology, Management, Economy or Administration
·    Required language: English is a must
·    At least 5 – 7 years of working experience in Training and Development
·    Good leadership and communication skill
·    Well-grounded in modern training methods and techniques
·    Excellent organization skill
·    Full-Time position available


Asset Manager
Responsibilities:
·    Manage a team of buyers
·    Able to built, follow up and close a investment project
·    Technical knowledge on construction & equipment of building type store or shopping mall
·    Maintain the book of asset
Requirements:
·    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any major
·    Required skill(s): English is a must
·    At least 6 year(s) of working experience especially in construction business
·    Preferably Managers specializing in Project Investment or equivalent
·    Good leadership and communication

Expense Manager
Responsibilities:
·    Control the negotiation of company national contracts
·    Elaboration of negotiating strategy
·    Sensitive with the idea of cost saving
·    Manage a team of buyer
Requirements:
·    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any major

·    At least 7 years(s) of working experience especially in goods purchasing
·    Have negotiation skill

Senior Buyer
Responsibilities:
·    Negotiate contract based strategy and qualified target
·    Built and maintain a referential of items
Requirements:
·    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any major
·    Required languages (s): English is an must
·    A least 5 (years) of working experience in good purchasing
·    Have negotiation skill and good communication skill
